Grand M

Grand M is a cardboard floor lamp constructed with used cardboard.
The single strips of the lampshades are cut out of corrugated cardboard panels by a laser cutter and hooked into a filigree metal frame construction.
The colorful metal framework stands in a contrast to the natural raw appearance of the cardboard.
A warm light falls through the flutings and projects the structure of the cardboard on the wall and creates a sculptural interplay of light and shadow.

A zigzäg special edition dedicated to my grandma. She may have had a little bit of a crooked back but still shines on.
